Retreats at Shimmering Ridge Sanctuary

Intentionally curated retreat experiences rooted in restoration, reflection, authentic connection, and the healing rhythms of land, hearth, and sacred gathering.

The Ridge is not a retreat venue created solely for occasional gatherings. It is my homeplace, and I am its hearthkeeper. It is a place that is actively lived in, cared for, and woven into the rhythms of daily life. Opening this space to others is deeply personal, and each retreat is held with the same intentionality, warmth, and sacred care that shapes life here throughout every season of the year.

At Shimmering Ridge Sanctuary, retreats are intentionally intimate, allowing space for genuine connection, thoughtful pacing, and meaningful individual attention. Most gatherings are held with approximately five women, creating an atmosphere that feels less like a crowded event and more like a deeply held sanctuary experience. As such, you are warmly welcomed as guests in my home.

Each retreat is carefully curated and personally guided by me, drawing from years of lived experience in healing work, spiritual practice, women’s spirituality, creative expression, sacred ritual, and relationship with the natural world. My work is also deeply informed by my life as a mother, artist, gardener, priestess, teacher, and lifelong student of both the land and the inner landscape of human becoming.

Rather than offering rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all transformation, retreats at The Ridge are designed to create space for restoration, reflection, authentic connection, and the quiet remembering of what often gets lost beneath the demands of everyday life. Forest paths, hearth spaces, seasonal rhythms, shared meals, ritual, creativity, stillness, and meaningful conversation all become part of the experience.

Whether gathered around the fire, walking beneath the trees, sitting quietly beside the gardens, or sharing stories around the table, guests are invited into an atmosphere that values presence over performance and depth over distraction.

Retreat Experiences

What follows are brief introductions to the retreat experiences held at The Ridge — each shaped by its own season, spirit, and intention. If one calls to you, I invite you to step more fully into its world.

The Healing Path

The Healing Path is a deeply experiential retreat centered around holistic healing practices, meditation, embodied wellness, and the exploration of restorative ways of living. Through hands-on learning, shared practice, meaningful conversation, sound healing, contemplative exercises, and nature-based experiences, participants are invited to engage healing not simply as an idea, but as a lived and deeply personal path.

The Sanctuary Within

Transformation is not the assignment.

Rooted in the ancient tradition of women gathering in the Red Tent, this retreat begins by creating something together: winter womb-space where every woman is received, safeguarded, and free to simply be. Here, stories become medicine, silence becomes restorative, and nothing needs to be earned or proven. Within the warmth of this circle, her truest essence is gently welcomed forward—not by force or expectation, but by remembering what has always been there.

Reclaiming Sovereignty

Reclaiming Sovereignty is a deeply reflective retreat experience centered around self-remembrance, inner authority, and authentic becoming. Held within the quiet rhythms of forest, hearth, ritual, and sacred gathering, this experience invites women to reconnect with their own voice, wisdom, intuition, and truth — not through performance or perfection, but through presence, reflection, and the courage to return fully to themselves.

Goddess Awakening/Divine Feminine

Goddess Awakening is an immersive retreat experience centered around feminine wisdom, spiritual remembrance, creative exploration, and embodied sacred practice. Through ritual, reflection, nature connection, meaningful conversation, and hands-on experiences, women are invited to deepen their relationship with intuition, authentic selfhood, and the many expressions of the divine feminine woven throughout both land and life.
